The hour glass shaped in the middle of the barrel, where the diameter is the smallest, captures the hair which makes styling and drying easier. The aerated barrel heats up quickly to better assist in styling and the bristles that are enhanced by ions or tourmaline powders. The nylon bristles are crimped like boar for a better grip of the hair.
WARNING: Ceramic barrels get very hot when used with a hair dryer or other warm styling tool. Do not touch your face, scalp or hand with a hot barrel as it can easily burn you or the person whose hair you are working on.
